It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyle Gunvald Christofferson of Rolla, North Dakota, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Christofferson and Nettie Christofferson; his siblings, Gary and Marilyn; and his stepgrandson Tyler.
He is survived by: his children, Gary of Roseville, CA, Terry of Oroville, CA, Sonja of Elk Grove, CA and Shelly of Forest Ranch, CA; his wife Pamela; his sons, Charlie and Cody of Fresno, CA; and his brother Lee. He is also survived by his four children, 2 stepsons, 18 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Unable to spend time with Pam due to Covid, Lyle made the difficult decision to move to Oroville, CA in September 2020 to be closer to family.
Lyle cared for Pamela for years when she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease until it progressed to where she had to be provided with a higher level of care.
