He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rebecca, Darrel Boyer, Donald 'Dukie" Allery, Ralph Emerson and Josephine Tomahawk; and his aunt Angela "Angel" Allery.
He is survived by: his parents, Leonard Allery and Tammy Allery (Evenson) of Belcourt; his siblings, Jacob Allery (Brittany) of Belcourt, Shane Allery (Erin) of Dunseith, Billyjon Allery of Belcourt, Takoda Allery of Grand Forks, Marybeth Allery of Grand Forks, Summer Allery (Jahid) of Grand, Angela Allery of Belcourt, Snow Allery of Belcourt, Braylynn Allery of Grand Forks and Lendora "Maddie" Allery of Belcourt; and his godmother Brenda Lenior. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
