He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Dionne and Josephine Dionne (Azure); his wife Marilyn Brown; and his siblings, Simon Jr., Raymond, Eddy, Leonard, Larry, Irene Lafountaine and Mabel Beck.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Dionne (Lonnie) and Crystal LaRocque (Brad); his stepchildren, Fabian DeCoteau, Jr., Louis DeCoteau, Jr. (Jolene) and Vanessa Poitra (Shawn); his granddaughter Kaitlyn DeCoteau; his great grandchild Luke Houle; and his sisters, Joyce Morin and Shirley DeCoteau (Blaine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
