Nathan Vrem Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nathan Vrem (Rolette, North Dakota), born in Rolla, North Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 27, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Isadore "Boots" Vrem and Edna Vrem (Gilje); his brothers, Marco and Peter; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Vrem; and his nephew Jerry Vrem.
He is survived by: his children, Sonja Pigeon (Doug Hoffman) of Minot, Jo Jeffries of Dunseith, Cherie Gottbreht (Troy) of Rolette and Darin Vrem (Rachelle Littau) of Boise, Idaho; his grandchildren, Andria Miller (Steve), Nicole Pigeon, Jessica Rost (Kevin), Christopher Pigeon (Nikki Hanretty), Samantha Braunberger (Jeff), Taylor Gottbreht (Raynee), Tara Monson (Scott) and Trevor Gottbreht (Allison); his great grandchildren, Trenton McCloud, Keelie McCloud, Brecken Miller, Daunte Nadeau, Mikayla Tyson, Lindy H., Dennis Monson, Lincoln Monson, Halle Monson, Parker Gottbreht, Peyton Gottbreht and Hayes Gottbreht; and his nephew Loren Vrem. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Valle Lutheran Church (406 State St, Rolette, ND 58366). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
