James Craig Boucher Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2024, at the age of 76, James Craig Boucher of Rolette, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Alice; his siblings, Jerry and Kerry; his niece Anne Vedquam; and his nephew Aaron Vedquam.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Foss; his daughters, Dawn Kindel (Kevin), Naomi Lelm (Chris) and Deanna Pederson (Troy); his grandchildren, Carter Kindel (Abbey), Mason Kindel, Grant Lelm, Rylie Lelm and Rupa Kindel; his siblings, Jerome Boucher (Helen), Jeff Boucher (Mary Ann), Joel Boucher (Joyce), Kelly Hell (Mike) and Jacques Boucher (Deb); and his brothers-in-law, Wayne Vedquam and Gary Foss. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorials sent to North Dakota Veterans Cemetery in Mandan, ND.
