He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Blessum and Shirley Blessum (Horswill). He is survived by: his daughter Jeannie Schell (Randy) of Mylo; his grandchildren, Kaylee of Rugby, Kyle and Kassie of Mylo; his siblings, Mike Blessum (Margo) of Petersburg, Julie Blessum (Leland Fosness) of Tolna and Jan Kruk of Carson; his nieces and nephews, Jason, Chad Blessum, Michelle Gorder (Blessum), Michael, Amanda Kruk and Logan Fosness; and his aunts, Lorraine Douglas (Blessum) of Circle Pines, MN and Blanche Gill (Horswill) of Apache Junction, AZ. He is also survived by 5 great nieces.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wolford Lutheran Church.
