He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lewis; his children, Cheryl Lewis of Rocklake, ND, Marilyn Thoreson (Carl) of Vero Beach, FL, Laurel Vorachek (Keith), Evonne Langerud (Lauren) of Kent, WA and David Lewis of Ash Grove, MO; his grandchildren, Aaron Thompson (Katie) of Menomonee Falls, WI, Amber Thompson of Madison, WI, Lindsey Vorachek (Joshua Evans) of Anchorage, AK, Kasey Mitchell (Kurtis) of Pacific, WA, Kelly McCoy (Ian) of Everett, WA, David Lewis of St. Louis, MO and Cody Lewis of Marionville, MO; and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Elliot, Allie Thompson, Kendall, Camryn Evans and Aria McCoy.
