He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Knutt and Hilda Knutt (Kinnunen); his siblings-in-law, Sharon Knutt and Noel Gunderson; and his nephews, Scott Allan Knutt and Thomas Dean Gunderson.
He is survived by: his son Allan; his wife Mavis Gjervold (Gunderson); his daughters, Lindy Block (Charles), Holly Warren (Barrett), Heidi Brune (Patrick), Laura Stave (Lane) and Penny Meier (Elliott); his brother Allan Knutt (Sonja); his grandchildren, Jessica, David, Josh, Drew, Samantha, Tyler, Connor, Jacob, Kyla, Tanner, Maddie and Elliana; and his great grandchildren, Graham, Ava, Rylan, Everly, Oaklyn, Logan, Remington, Macallan and Scarlet.
