Fischer of Richardton, North Dakota, born in Beach, North Dakota, who passed away on November 20, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhardt Fischer and Elda Fischer; his parents-in-law, Sylvia Eldridge (Kettner), James Eldridge and Herman Kettner; and his brothers-in-law, Raymond Wehrman, Donald Kettner and Robert Kettner.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his siblings, Jeanne Wehrman, Janet Fischer, Jo Finneman (John), John Fischer (Sheryl) and Reinhardt, Jr. Fischer (Bonnie); and his sister-in-law Shirley Kettner. He is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Jerry and Shirley Scholarship Fund at the University of Mary, 7500 University Drive, Bismarck, ND 58504.
