Beatrice Messer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beatrice Messer of Richardton, North Dakota, who passed away on October 29, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Beatrice Messer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Elkin and Olinda Frederick Elkin; her husband Ralph J. Messer; and her siblings, Wilfred Elkin and Inez Peters.
She is survived by: her children, Setona Page of Savannah, GA, Cynthia Shuffle (Beirne), Saratoga, Debra Welch (Rick Grice), Ralph Messer (Maureen) of Castle Rock, CO and Neal Messer (Bonnie); and her brothers, Richard Elkin (Janet) of Bismarck, ND, Charles Elkin of Taylor, ND and Clarence Elkin of Billings, MT. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Beatrice will be from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Monday, November 2, 2020 at Stevenson Funeral Home with a rosary and vigil service being held at 6:00 p. m. For those attending, please adhere to social distancing guidelines provided by the CDC and ND Department of Health.
In lieu of flowers family suggests donations be made to the St Mary's Social Center or the St. Mary's Cemetery Foundation.
