He was predeceased by: his parents, Beryl Willis Swanke and Robert Edward Swanke; his former wife Barb; and his brother Dennis Swanke. He is survived by: his close friend Lowell Faris; his wife JoAnn; his children, Kevin, Chris Lee (Raymond) and Tara Turbiville (Kelly); his grandchildren, Tyler Swanke (Nicole), Sterling, Sierra Lee, Colton and Tucker Turbiville; his stepsons, David Erickson (Deanna), Mark Erickson (DeeAnn), Craig Erickson and Jeremiah Erickson; his sister-in-law Berta Swanke; his niece Lisa Nunez (Dick); and his nephew Shad (Melissa).
