He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer V. Anderson and Ruth Anderson (Matheny); his wife Rosella Anderson; his son-in-law John Hellandsaas; and his siblings, Beverly Hanson (Robert) and Dave Anderson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Pachl (Randy) of Beulah, ND, Marcia Hellandsaas of Watford City and Patsy Lisko (Russell) of Piedmont, SD; his grandchildren, Adam Pachl (Sara) of Mandan, Eric Hellandsaas (Brittany) of Watford City, ND, Justin Lisko (Rainee) of Sturgis, SD and Emily Young (Joey) of Sturgis, SD; his great grandchildren, Anson, Valley, George, Eva, Destry and Aulden; and his sister-in-law Marie Anderson of Dickinson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church (223 Main Avenue South, Regent, ND 58650). A prayer was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
