He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence LaJoie and Eunice LaJoie (Lemire); his wife Martha; his sisters, Janet Knox and Jeannine Kutnink; his stepson Bob Elliott; his stepson-in-law Kenneth Donnelly; his stepdaughter Patricia Long; and his stepson-in-law Willie Long.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Benjamin Elliott (Ann) of Raymond, NE, Marlene Donnelly of Ray, ND and Helen Ringstad (Clay) of Eagle, NE; his stepdaughter-in-law Nancy Elliott of Greenwood, NE; and his siblings, Lawrence LaJoie of Billings, MT and Shirley Lang of Stevens Point, WI. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
