He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Koepplin and Emma Koepplin (Harsch); his sister Vesta; and his brother-in-law Robert Wilkens. He is survived by: his nephew Craig (Jane Wilkens) of Las Vegas, NV; his nieces, Shelly (Robert Howells) of Spokane, WA and Cherie (Tom Moisan) of Spokane, WA; and his great-nephew Nathan Moisan of Spokane, WA.. He is also survived by his extended family, and by friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Shriner's Children's Hospital 215 Radio Drive, Suite 100 Woodbury, MN 55125.
