He is survived by: his wife Carol (Marshall); his daughters, Shelly Vollmer (David) of Willow City, ND, JoDee Nielsen (Lance) of Minot, ND and Amy Sand (Troy) of Mayville, ND; his grandchildren, Tucker, Ashlyn Nielsen of Minot, ND, Ethan and Abby Sand of Mayville, ND; his sisters, Nancy Krogstad (Don) and Cathy Birkholz (Greg); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Marshall (Diane), Sherry Carroll and Wanda Adams (Dennis). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
