It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olaf Edwards of Plaza, North Dakota, born in Minot, North Dakota, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis and Clara (Fjeldahl); his daughters, Connie Jean and Laurie Ann; his stepmother Gladys; his siblings, James and Hattie; his nieces, Nicole Jensen and Jamie Kok; his nephew Earl Hauge; and his siblings-in-law, David Nichols, Terry Hauge, Orlien Edwards, Lynn Jensen, Connie Hauge and Pam Nichols.
He is survived by: his son Ronnie (Gretchen); his wife Penny Nichols; his son Michael; his grandchildren, Jacob (Anna), Peri and Ty; his great grandchild Koe; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Edwards, LaDonna Edwards, Margo Wenzel (Jim), Susie Trana (Jim), Judy Nichols, Mark Nichols, Michael Jon Nichols and Darron Nichols (Michele). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
