He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Rewald (Peda) and Ewald Rewald; and his parents-in-law, Tuffy Torgerson and Jan Torgerson (Kaczmarski). He is survived by: his wife Robin Rewald (Torgerson); his children, Rachel Mason (Gregory) and Joe Rewald (Jennifer); his siblings, Alice Meske (Rodney) and Tom Rewald; and his grandchildren, Sarah Mason, Noah Mason, Hannah Mason, Isaiah Mason, Ezrah Mason, Jack Rewald and Connor Rewald. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
