He is survived by: his parents, Keith Westerfield of Petersburg, ND and Cynthia Westerfield of Petersburg, ND; his brother Eli Westerfield (Beth) of Fargo, ND; his son Rylan Anthony Westerfield; and his friends, Sadie and Chevy.

Donations can be made to the Grand Forks Humane Society in lieu of flowers.
