He was predeceased by: his parents, Albin Blomquist and Una Blomquist (Overbye); his grandparents, John, Thea Blomquist, Palmer and Emma Overbye; and his siblings, Alan Blomquist (Phyllis) and Eleanor Paulson.
He is survived by: his wife Terrill Levang; his children, Patti Kerlin (David), Jeffrey Blomquist (Pam) and Steven Blomquist (Alyssa); his grandchildren, Patti, Chris, Jesse, Ashton Sarah (Jeffrey), Hannah, Rachel Alexander (Steven) and Vivian; his great grandchild Chris; and his siblings, Philip Blomquist (Virginia), Eunice Nelson and Linda Murphy (John).
