He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Warner and Lewis Warner; his wife Donna Hartje; his brothers, Alvin and Leo; his daughter Charlene; his son-in-law Charlie Margerum; his grandson Cory Margerum; and his stepson Jon Hughes.
He is survived by: his nephew Gary Warner; his former wife Judith Hughes; his wife Judy; his daughters, Linda Warner of Plymouth, MN and Gaye Fritz (Ron); his stepchildren, Jeff Hughes of Neche, ND, Jackie Johnson (Steve), Laurie Williams (Allen) and Jeremy Hughes (Beth); his grandchildren, Curtis Margerum (Tracy) of Stafford, VA, Christi Newell (John) of Pembina, ND, Chad Margerum of Pembina, ND, Erica Fritz of Pembina, ND and Kayla Fritz of Pembina, ND; and his great grandchildren, Karly, Kristopher Margerum, Logan, Jace Newell and River Fritz.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Pembina Cemetery or the Pembina Ambulance Service.
