He is survived by: his children, Joelyn Foote (Dalvin) of Parshall, John Schroeder (Kristy) of Parshall and Jean Foss (Dean) of Minot; his grandchildren, Leigh, Anna, Reba Foote, Justin and Tyler Foss; his great grandchildren, Haley, Carolyn, Wyatt, Wyman Wolf, Jace Foote, Kason Shearer, Jade and Jayla Alkire; and his great great grandchild Kian.
