He is survived by: his parents, John Henry Jr. of Dunseith, ND and Clarine Ross of Parshall, ND; his children, Richard Henry Jr. of Parshall, ND and Tehya Henry of Parshall, ND; and his siblings, Felicia Parisien (Brady) of Dunseith, ND, Ashley Henry (Scott) of Minot, ND, Brandy Nelson (Daniel) of Parshall, ND, Eric Henry of Parshall, ND, Josh Poitra (Clarissa) of Dunseith, ND and Dylan Nelson of Parshall, ND. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
