He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Morris Hovey and Mona Lorraine Rue Hovey; his sister Mary Reynolds; his cousin Michael Hovey; and his brother-in-law Darryl Keller.
He is survived by: his cousin Steve; and his siblings, Linda Hovey Keller (Bismarck) and Odell Hovey of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, countless cousins, and many good friends.
