He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Huus and Pearl Huus (Paulson); his daughter Debra Renner; his granddaughter Kristi; his siblings, Clayton, Loren, Donna Bosman and Lorraine Gustenson; and his brothers-in-law, Garfield Bosman, Arlen Gustenson and Rick Haugen.
He is survived by: his wife Berniece Rood; his children, Tom, Jason (Brooke Fauske) and Cindy Feist (Marvin); his grandchildren, Jeremy Huus, Valerie Lentz (Matt), McKenzie, Kierra, Justice and Aliah Huus; his great grandchild Zaiden Lentz; and his sister Ardyce Haugen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
