He was predeceased by: his parents, John Peterka and Agnes Peterka (Kadlec); his sisters, Marlys Miller (JD), Karen Croaker (Dick), Rosalie Murphy (Pat), Jo Ellen Hamilton (Bernard) and Kris Peterka; and his nephew Guy Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Bunnie; his sons, John of Kake, AK, Josh of Grand Forks, ND and Jared (Jill) of Forest River, ND; and his grandchildren, Jaylin, Jack and Jordy Peterka. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
