He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Ellingson and Blenda Ellingson (Jungren); his wife Roselea Herseth of Adams, ND; and his brothers, Ron and Boyd.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law DeLane Disrud of Minot, ND; his nephew Steven Disrud of Milaca, MN; and his nieces, Stephanie Heiberg of Eden Prairie, MN, Ronda Sangrait, Thief River Falls and Kim Philipps.
