He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Dub and Elizabeth Dub (Cicha); his son Scott; his grandson Nicholas; and his siblings, Emil, Charlie, Ray, Felix, Rosy, Florence and Irene.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dub of Park River, ND; his children, Shawn Dub (Connie) of Anoka, MN, Shelly Dub (Scott Daley) of Park River, ND and Steve Dub of Baldwin, ND; his grandchildren, Justin, Nevin, Tyler and Thomas; his great grandchildren, Ronin and Ariana; and his sisters, Clementine and Verna.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to: Scott Dub UND Hockey Endowment and the First Care Health Center of Park River.
