With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann Rinde Lewis of Park River, North Dakota, born in Hoople, North Dakota, who passed away on February 18, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Rinde and Anna McIntyre (Skoje); her husband Jay Lewis; and her daughter Jan Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Julianne Flaten (Peder) of Hoople, ND, Randy Lewis (Mary Jo) of Fargo, ND and Nancy Latimer (Scott) of Brighton, MI; her grandchildren, Bergit Sobak (Justin), Bjorn Flaten (Kali), Aaron Lewis (Sheena), Mason Lewis, Amanda Korpi (Taavi), Christine Halstensgard, Ellianna Latimer and Oliver Latimer; her stepsister Jean Bodmer of Grafton, ND; and her sister-in-law Norma Lewis of Muscatine, IA.. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
