He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Gray (Viker) and Bernard Gray; his wife Betty Jo Gray (Visby); his siblings, David, Paul, John Gray and Ruth Lemley (Frank); and his brother-in-law Jerry Visby (Marlys).
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Anderson (Larry), Lori Bjerke (Dale), Brad Gray (Cindy) and Joni Nelson (Todd); his grandchildren, Luke Anderson (Liz), Krista Steele (Preston), Erin Bjerke, Beau Gray (Kayla), Andrew Gray (Aly), Jacob Nelson (Reilly Anderson), Benjamin Nelson (Amanda Carpenter) and Paige Roesser (Collin); his brothers, Jim Gray (Jeanette) and Roy Gray (Rita); his cousin Sandra Johnson (Jack Hanson); and his sisters-in-law, Kaye Severson (Loran) and Helen Gray. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
