It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Frank Winkler of Oriska, North Dakota, who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, David Winkler and Raymond Winkler; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Wadeson and Wallace Darling. He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Lawrence (Fargo); his children, Karen Winkler of Clearwater, FL, Thomas Winkler (Linda) of Anchorage, AK, Charles Winkler (Britney Hert) of Anchorage, AK and Rosemary Ames (Steven) of Munich, ND; his grandchildren, Cressenda, Kyle, Gretta, Alea and Naomi; his great grandchildren, Daviree, Derionna and Devon; his sister Jacqueline Wadeson of Alice, ND; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Darling and Burdell Ranzenberger of West Fargo, ND. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
