Marlys H. Hannig Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlys H. Hannig of Oriska, North Dakota, who passed away on July 24, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hjalmer Jensen and Myrtle Jensen; her daughter Mindy Erickson; and her sister Alice Olstad. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Hannig; her children, Marlys, Bakery, Stacey Thomsen (Brad) of Thompson, ND, Heidi Lindemann (Al) of Surprise, AZ, Emily Stephenson (Shane) of Waddell, AZ, Katie Potts (Roger) of LaMoure, ND and Darin Hannig (Jenna) of Oriska, ND; her son-in-law Chad Erickson of Tower City, ND; her brothers, Jim Jensen (Rachel) and Marlin Jensen (Conny) of Sanborn, ND; and her brother-in-law Brent Olstad of Minot, ND.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

Marlys' request was that memorials go to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
