Dorothy Lina Orts Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2020, at the age of 73, Dorothy Lina Orts of Oriska, North Dakota, born in Valley City, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Palmer Holden and Rozella Holden (Schultz); her parents-in-law, Robert and Pauline Orts; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Witten.

She is survived by: her husband Jack Orts of Oriska, ND; her children, Erika Bartunek (Charles) of Fargo, ND, Robert Orts (Marsha), Alexa Johnson (Ross) and Michael Orts (Anna); her grandchildren, Gabriel, Grace, Noelle Bartunek, Raymond, Ronald, Ross, Ronin, Robin, Roxanne Johnson, John and Aubrey Orts; her siblings, Palmer Holden of Iowa City, IA and Mary Olson (Thomas); and her sister-in-law Janice Witten of Floresville, TX. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life is planned for the spring or summer of 2021, pending Covid19 conditions.
