She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pierce and Cecelia Pierce (Lohmeier); her husband James Retzlaff; her brothers, Bill Pierce and Richard Pierce; her brother-in-law Ben Retzlaff; and her in-laws, Otto and Theresa Retzlaff.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Orner (Don), Jason Retzlaff and Janet Retzlaff; her grandchildren, Dustin Orner (Beth), Ryan Orner and Clara Heyd; and her sisters-in-law, JoAnne Pierce, Kathy Pierce and Lucy Retzlaff. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
