He is survived by: his wife Mathilda Schempp (Kron) of Oakes, ND; his children, Tammy Lindseth (Mark) of Aberdeen, SD and Daniel Schempp (Amber) of West Fargo, ND; and his granddaughters, Olivia and Katelyn.
