He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Wetzel (Beth) of Fort Collins, CO and Darin Wetzel (Kathy); his siblings, Jerry Wetzel of Medford, OR, Howard Wetzel, Harvey Wetzel, Barlow Wetzel, Jan Smith of San Dimaz, CA, Wilma O'Brien and Gertie Bollinger; and his grandchildren, Katie Wetzel, Brittany Wetzel, MaKayla Wetzel and Amber Martinson (Adam). He is also survived by his parents, an infant sister.
