It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gloria Shelton of Oakes, North Dakota, who passed away at the age of 87, on December 14, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Krutsinger and Leone Krutsinger (Donaldson); her husband Dwayne Shelton; and her siblings, Clark "Buddy", Claude, Dale, Mary Lou Brandt, Kathleen Schneiderman and Shirley Warwick.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Kurki (John) of Fargo, ND, Mary Welch (Dan) of Bismarck, ND, Rebecca Vicha (Paul) of Shelton, WA, Kerry Shelton (Nancy Fix) of Fargo, ND, Deborah Allen (Bill) of New Boston, NH and Brian Shelton (LeAnn Fix) of Lisbon, ND; and her siblings, Allen Krutsinger (Sue), Kevin Krutsinger, Arletta McGregor and Linda LaPorte. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (410 7th St N, Oakes, ND 58474).
In lieu of flowers, family prefers memorials to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church or the Oakes Senior Center.
