She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Karas and Mamie Karas (Guyott); her former husband Donald M. Hempler; her children, Donna (Donald) and Dennis; her brothers, Lester and Harvey Karas; her half-sister Shirley Moore; and her sister-in-law Ethel Karas.
She is survived by: her husband Howard Trudell; her children, Dixie, Rodney Clark of Hermosa, SD and Debbie Hempler of Bismarck, ND; her daughter-in-law Leona Hempler of Poca City, OK; her grandchildren, Dennis, Christin Hempler, Mayme, Keith Baker, Donna, Michael Posey, Dannielle, Jake Borden of Shannon Kastner, DJ, Ronda Hempler, Bobbie Kastner, Ben Mooney, Tanner Kastner and Whitney Boehm; and her sister-in-law Shirley Karas. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
