She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Fredrick and Julia Fredrick (Steltzer); her former husband Jack Hayenga of Guelph; and her husband Bob Titus. She is survived by: her sons, Dave Hayenga (Cathy) of Valley City, ND, Alan Hayenga (Lori) and Don Hayenga (Gloria) of Spring Hill, FL; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Brown, Lacey Mathern (Dale), Janessa (Eric), Viall, Rachael Hayenga and Travis (April). She is also survived by one sister and numerous nieces and nephews.
