He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Wagner and Mildred Wagner (Cox); his siblings, Virgil, Newton, Donald, Roger, David Wagner and Carolyn Gemar; and his siblings-in-law, Norman Tischer, Marvin Raatz, Floyd Schmitz, Harold Gemar and Orla Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Kassman; his children, Twila Lemier (Glenn) of Oakes, ND, Danella Flaten (Wayne) of Fargo, ND, Wayne Wagner (Sandi) of Fargo, ND, Jolene Annen of Shakopee, MN and Lyle Wagner of Moorhead, MN; his grandchildren, Collin Lemier, Dixie Tompt (John), Joshua Lemier (Katie), Stacy Flaten, Lisa Grossman (Mike), Serina Calhoun, Tessa Calhoun-Doughty (Ben), Trent Wagner (Erin), Mollie Annen and Abbie Lamberty (Alec); and his sisters, Alice Raatz, Lora Tischer and Virginia Schmitz. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
