She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Boutilier and Elsie Boutilier (Donnelly); her husband Ole; her sons, Wayne and Kenneth; her grandson Shannon; and her brothers, Fred, Bob and Dick.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Smith (Steve), Ronald Gotvaslee and Brian Gotvaslee (Laurie); her daughters-in-law, Sheila Gotvaslee and Kamie Gotvaslee; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Klatt (Brian), Derek Smith (Aili), Deborah Price (Gayle), Sandy Mikaelson, Robyn Blaine (Chuck), Victoria Gotvaslee (Ralph), Lucas Gotvaslee, Kerry Gotvaslee (Leanne), Shelly Kaylor (Darryl), Shayna Gotvaslee (Glen Lindmeyer), Robyn Gotvaslee, Dustin Gotvaslee and Gina Gotvaslee.
