He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra Brekke; his sons, Westin and Grant of Northwood; his mother Charlotte Enger (Les Nordgaard) of Jamestown; his siblings-in-law, Chris Poyzer (Beth) of Salol, MN. and Beth Rominski (Shawn) of Stephan, MN; his close friends, Lonny and Faye; his father Allen Enger; his sister Tania Enger Poyzer; his grandparents, Einar, Rena Enger, Harry and Margaret Miedema; his uncles, Jim Vondergeest, Sherwin Enger and Leroy Miedema; his aunt Marlene Vondergeest; his cousins, Allen DuVall, Jordan Enger, Mason Enger and Cassidy Erberle; and also, Wesley, Valerie Brekke of McIntosh, MN, Emma, Mason and Henry Rominski.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Ebenezer Free Lutheran Church (220 N Doheny St, Northwood, ND 58267). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
