She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Bjerke and Alpha Bjerke (Myhrer); her siblings, Boyd Bjerke and Elaine Sorlien; her parents-in-law, Ezra Sieg and Katie Sieg; her son-in-law Kevin Sherva; her siblings-in-law, Gordon Norby, Gisela Bjerke and Bertha Tetzlaff; her great-nephew Tim Norby; and her great-niece Melissa Norby.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Sieg (Jerry) of Reynolds; her daughter Shari Sherva; her grandsons, Brock Sherva (Darian) and Logan Sherva; her great grandchild Sophie Sherva; her sisters, Janice Norby and Marlys Allen (Doug); her close friends, Jon, Junelle Hjelmstad and Kailee Adeshina (Michael); and also, Dustin Hjelmstad (Gretchen), Brody Hjelmstad (Maggie), Connor Hjelmstad (Tayla) and Cole Hjelmstad. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Stjordahlen Hjelmstad Cemetery Fund or Northwood Deaconess Health Center.
