Fox; her niece Cheryle J. Fox; her nephews, Angus Jerome Sheppard, Anthony Shane Fox, DuWayne Fox, Christopher John Fox and Frank Schumacher; and her sister Rosaria Wicker.

She is survived by: her son Jude Fox; her granddaughters, Rainy Rose, Jada Dawn and Jullysa; and her siblings, Dennis Fox (Sandra Fox), Belinda Beston and Arla Muzzy (Don Muzzy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

She helped develop UNAHA In 1985. Theola always attended and made strong contributions when representing Three Affiliated Tribes. In addition, Theola was the heart and soul of AMERIND where she helped create the most prominent insurance organization in Indian Country. We all loved Theola. We will never forget her great laugh”
