It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sheila Patricia Turner of New Town, North Dakota, who passed away on December 21, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Peterson and June Peterson (Mathistad); her husband Bob; her brother Ronald Peterson; her parents-in-law, Wayne and Margaret Turner (Smith); and her siblings-in-law, John Turner, Brian Turner, Lawrence Schell, Debbie Peterson (Drovdal) and Geraldine Godes (Grimstad).
She is survived by: her children, Toby Turner (Kim), Tracy Turner (Brett Fladeland) of New Town, Tammy McReynolds (Donny) of Ariel, WA and Terry Halverson (Eric) of Dickinson; her grandchildren, Wyley, Rowdy, Couly, Rally McReynolds, Ethan, Evy Halverson, Wyatt, Morgan Turner, Cody and Kaleigh Fladeland; her siblings, Ardyce Alveshere (Lloyd) of Keene and Wayne Peterson (JoAnn) of Billings, MT; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Schell of Mandan and Ann Peterson of Manchester, WA. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
During covid, she used these talents to make crocheted ear protectors for use with masks, which she donated to the hospitals and nursing homes.
Memorial Contribution. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the Souris Valley Humane Society in Minot ND.
