It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Ervin Harmon of New Town, North Dakota, born in Havre, Montana, who passed away on June 8, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merton Harmon and Isabelle Greene Harmon; his daughter Donna Patricia; his brother Merton Harmon; and his sons-in-law, Judd Evans and Shotae Little Soldier.
He is survived by: his former wife Sylvia Grieger; his son Kenneth Robert (Jeannine) of Duluth, MN; his wife Ida Maud Lester Evanson; his brother Dale Harmon (Linda) of San Diego, CA; his children, Beverly Frank (Dwight) of Beulah and Sandra Metzger (Henry) of St. Paul, MN; his stepchildren, Debra Nelson (Ken) of Dickinson, ND, Barbara Evanson of Bismarck, ND, David Evanson (Penny) of Williston, ND and Tracy Evanson of Grand Forks, ND.; and his grandchildren, Emily Evans, Karsen, Skye Little Soldier, Luke Mueller, Marie Harmon, Brian, Brent Nelson, Valerie McDaniel, Jeremiah Evanson and Gabrielle Evanson. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
