He is survived by: his mother Gloria Buck Elk Feather; his wife Naticia Hale (Ticia); his children, Burleigh (Burley) and Darla; his sisters, Tanya of Poplar, Montana. and Melissa of Poplar, Montana.; and also Darla. He is also survived by two children, parents, brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts, grandparents and dear friends.
