She was predeceased by: her parents, Armor Meredith and Thelma Robinette Meredith; her siblings, Paul Meredith and Thelma Huckaba; and her granddaughter Destiny Holley.
She is survived by: her children, Norwood Cook of Gantt, Michael Holley (Denise) of Gantt, Terri Gibson of Gantt, Jacqueline Mu'ela of Gantt and Robin Cook of Gantt; and her grandchildren, Shannon Gibson (Tammy), Danielle Petty (Chris), Harley Douglas, Travis Putnam (Shawnee), Anissa Perez (Pablo), Joseph Acreman (Samantha), Brittany Russ, John Michael Russ, Meredith Holley and Emma Holley.
