He is survived by: his daughter Delilah Rios of New Town; his parents, Leslie Rios of New Town and Pedro Rios of New Town; his siblings, Carmen Foote (Richard) of Bismarck, Gerri Rios (Mark) of Bismarck, Victor Rios (Katie) of Bismarck and Pedro Rios Jr. (Megan) of Bemidji, MN; and his significant other Courtney Grinnell of Parshall. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, aunties, uncles, grandparents, cousins and friends.
