She was predeceased by: her parents, Christine Little Owl Bear and Peter 'Bin Star Jr. Heaven; and her grandparents, Mae Hunts Along, Albert Little Owl, Ester (Jones) and Peter Star Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Anthony James (Kelli), Todd Justin (Shantell), Thisa Nicole (Justin), Ronald Anthony Jr. Honey (Tony) and Joseph 'Bin'; her grandchildren, LaRiah, Chelsey, Isaiah, Hazie, KiLah, Brookleigh, Adrick, Dylan, Daylen, Aiden, Khloe, Prestin, Presley, Amya and Ryleigh; and her siblings, Sylvia Hall, Alvina Hall, Keith Bear and Cheryl Hansen. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and extended grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In consideration of North Dakota and Mandan Hidatsa Arikara Nation COVID-19 guidelines, Carlotta's family will celebrate her life with a private service at Langhans Funeral Home, Parshall.
