He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Doll and Helen Doll (Zander); and his godson Joshau Kuhn. He is survived by: his significant other June Bueligen; his children, Ross, JoAnn Gorden (Mike) and Julie Hulm (Duane); his grandchildren, Travis Gorden (Stephanie), Jamie Thornstat (Sam) and Joshua Hulm; his siblings, Bonita Pazdernik (James), Douglas (Debra), Kevin (Mary), Charles (Pamala), Harlan (Jodie) and David (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Marvin Bethke, Darrel Kuhn and Eunice Bueligen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
